This is an 11-year-old Glen Spey from Speyside, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025 by James Eadie. It matured in a single first fill Oloroso sherry butt, which gave 221 bottles at a natural strength of 57.7% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is dark dried fruit, sweet sherry, fine spice and a hint of oak. On the palate there are plums, raisins and creamy sherry with a little spice. The finish is long, warm and velvety, with a sweet, woody note and dried fruit.
