This is Glen Spey 12 Year Old from the Manager's Dram series, a Speyside single malt bottled in August 2008. It is a limited edition at 53.3% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
On the nose there are green apple and peach, dried apricot blossom, cinnamon and saffron, and toasted oak. The palate turns to baked apple and honeyed nuts, with toffee, calvados and a creamy texture. The finish is of medium length, with warm oak and roasted almond.
