Glen Spey 9 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from Signatory Vintage, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2025 at 57.1%. It is Edition #37 of the 100 Proof series, a limited edition in a 70cl bottle, matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. It is natural in colour and not chill-filtered.
The nose has green apples, juicy pears and soft floral notes. The palate shows gentle honey sweetness, a touch of grain and fine spice. The finish is balanced and soft, with light oak spice.
