GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Batch 9 is a cask strength single malt bottled at 58.1%. It comes from a distillery that Billy Walker has led since 2017.
The whisky was matured for at least ten years in Pedro Ximenez, oloroso, rioja and medium-toasted American oak casks.
The nose is traditionally sherried, with rich dark chocolate and sun-dried fruits. Sweet spices and crimson berries follow on the palate, with a satisfying kick.
