This is a single cask GlenAllachie from Speyside, distilled in November 2007 and bottled in June 2022 at 14 years old. It was matured in a Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon and filled by hand at the distillery.
It comes in a 70cl bottle at a cask strength of 58.9% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
On the nose there are sherried aromas with hints of tobacco and chocolate. The palate shows dried fruits and subtle spice, and the finish is smooth and lasting with a touch of oak.
