GlenAllachie 10 Years Old Cask Strength Batch 7 is a Speyside single malt bottled at cask strength, 58% abv. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, and is released in limited batches.
The whisky matured in American oak, ex-PX and Oloroso sherry casks, and virgin oak casks.
Tasting notes describe a fruity, sweet nose of heather honey, vanilla and rosehip. The palate brings apricot jam, Caribbean spices and a hint of tropical fruit, and the finish is fresh and fruity, medium in length and warming.
