GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
It is matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, red wine casks and virgin oak. This is the flagship of the range launched in 2018 by master distiller Billy Walker, after he and his partners bought the distillery in 2017. In 2025 it won World's Best Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards.
Current notes describe dark chocolate, treacle and heather honey on the nose, with marzipan, orchard fruit, mocha and butterscotch on the palate.
