GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is the flagship Speyside single malt of a distillery owned by Billy Walker since 2017. It is bottled at 46% ABV, unfiltered and without added colouring.
The whisky is made from a selection of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, red wine casks and virgin oak.
The nose offers dark chocolate, cream caramel and heather honey, with cinnamon, roasted coffee beans and juicy raisins. The palate is full and round, with marzipan, ripe apples and cocoa. The finish is long and smooth.
