This 12 year old single malt, bottled at 46% ABV, was the flagship of GlenAllachie's new core range when it was released in July 2018. It is matured in a mixture of virgin oak, oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
Before the distillery was acquired by master distiller Billy Walker in 2017, GlenAllachie was most commonly found in blends. The flavours are sweet, with honey, marzipan, bananas and butterscotch.
