GlenAllachie 13 Year Old Madeira Wood Finish is a single malt from the GlenAllachie distillery in Aberlour, Speyside, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky spends 13 years in sherry-cask-influenced maturation before a secondary maturation in Madeira wine casks from the Portuguese island. The Madeira casks add a honeyed, oxidative and dried fruit character to the GlenAllachie spirit, building on its rich, sherried base.
