Glenallachie 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% after fifteen years in cask. It was matured in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and oloroso sherry casks, which gives it a smooth, rich character.
The nose is raisins, butterscotch and sweet spices. On the palate come dark chocolate, orange peel, banana, raisins and caramel.
