A 15-year-old Glenallachie finished in Scottish oak, bottled at 48% ABV.
The nose is full of honeycomb, vanilla pods and citrus fruits, along with butterscotch, orange zest and white chocolate.
On the palate there is heather honey, caramelised pine nuts, cinnamon and toffee, followed by orange peel, lemon zest, banana and ginger.
