A 15 year old single malt from GlenAllachie, matured in sherry casks. Billy Walker has worked on it since taking over the distillery in October 2017, and sees it as a balance between the spirit from the stills and the influence of the sherry casks. The colour is a deep sunset shade. The nose has cream caramels, raisins and sweet spices. On the palate come sweet spices again, with raisins, banana, orange peel and dark chocolate.
