This is a 16 year old single malt from GlenAllachie, issued as a 50th anniversary edition and bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It draws on the legacy of Master Distiller Billy Walker.
The whisky is matured entirely in sherry, in nine Spanish sherry butts from the 2005 vintage.
It is described as rich with espresso, heather honey, glazed figs and sweet spices.
