This is an 18 year old single malt from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose is very intense, with cinnamon, vanilla, star anise, caramel, ripe banana, raisin, dark chocolate and a little candied orange peel. On the palate there is banana bread, sweet spice, cream toffee, orange peel, bitter chocolate and caramel. The finish is very long, with dark chocolate and orange marmalade.
