A 13 year old Speyside single malt from GlenAllachie, the distillery run by Billy Walker. It was distilled in 2010, matured in an oloroso cask and bottled at a cask strength of 60.5% ABV in a limited number of bottles, exclusively for Germany.
The whisky is mahogany in colour. The nose offers brandy butter, orange chocolate and orchard fruit, with coconut, peach and cinnamon. On the palate come dark chocolate, fig syrup, heather honey and hazelnut, followed by grapefruit and ginger biscuits. The finish is long, with orange zest and mocha.
