This is an 11 year old Glenallachie single malt from Speyside in Scotland, distilled in 2012 and bottled by Signatory as a Small Batch release. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is a deep gold in colour. The nose brings ripe apple and pear, with gentle spice and a note of vanilla from the wood.
On the palate it is warm and rounded, with a sweetness of honey and caramel and a light touch of spice.
