GlenAllachie 2014 Single Cask 700 is a Speyside single malt from a single Oloroso sherry hogshead. It was distilled on 11 April 2014 and bottled in December 2024 after 10 years of maturation, at a natural cask strength of 60.5% (121 proof). The outturn is 361 bottles, with no colouring added and no chill filtration. It was selected by Billy Walker and bottled for the UK market.
The nose offers mocha, maraschino cherry, dried fig, hazelnut cream, dark caramel and warm baking spice. The palate has stewed dark fruit, treacle, raisin, milk chocolate, walnut and cinnamon, with a layered Oloroso sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with sherry, baking spice, dark chocolate, leather and oak.
