This Glenallachie was distilled on 10 November 2015 and matured in an Oloroso sherry hogshead until it was bottled in February 2025, at 9 years old and 62.2% ABV. It is a single cask release, Batch 8, bottled exclusively for Europe in a 70cl bottle, with 353 bottles in total.
The nose offers chocolate raisins, mocha and sweet berries, with gingernut biscuits, cinnamon butter and orange spice. The palate moves from espresso, ginger spice and muscovado sugar to treacle butter, chocolate tart and dried orchard fruits.
