GlenAllachie 21 Year Old Batch 5 is a Speyside single malt bottled in 2024 at cask strength, 49.2% abv. It was created by Billy Walker, who chose Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry puncheons and hogsheads for the maturation, which lasted 21 years.
The whisky is of natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
The tasting notes mention a rich palate of molasses, orange and raisin butter.
