A 21-year-old Speyside single malt from GlenAllachie, matured in PX and Oloroso sherry casks. It is non-peated, bottled at 51.9% vol. without colouring and without chill filtration, and comes in a premium box.
The nose brings baked ginger, mocha, honeycomb and candied hazelnuts. The palate offers black cherries, muscovado sugar, creamy raisin notes, manuka honey and dark chocolate, with spicy plums on the long finish.
