This is a 30 year old Speyside single malt from GlenAllachie, Batch 4, bottled at a cask strength of 49.1% in a 70cl bottle. It was put together from three old Pedro Ximénez and two Oloroso sherry puncheons and hogsheads. It has no added colour, is not chill-filtered and has a deep golden colour.
On the palate there are wild berries, chocolate fondant and wild Scottish honey, with a creamy texture and a full body.
