This is an eight-year-old single malt from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside, bottled at 48%.
It was finished in Koval Rye quarter casks.
The nose is rich and full of spice, with cinnamon and nutmeg and waves of honey and butterscotch. The palate is intensely sweet and spiced, with honey, butterscotch, cooking apples and cloves.
