GlenAllachie 8 Year Old is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46%. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The spirit was matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, together with a small share of virgin oak casks and red wine barriques. The result is a bronze-coloured, sherry-led malt from Master Distiller Billy Walker, whose approach to the distillery centres on wood innovation and carefully sourced casks.
