GlenAllachie 8 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 46%. It is a dark, cask-driven whisky of bright copper colour, from the distillery run by Billy Walker.
Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry puncheons are combined with red wine casks and virgin oak. The notes are butterscotch, heather honey, spices and dark chocolate, with the sweetness typical of GlenAllachie.
