This is a single cask GlenAllachie bottling from the peated Meikle Tòir make, selected for Denmark and bottled straight from the cask at 58.8%. The whisky was distilled in 2018 and matured for eight years in an Oloroso hogshead, cask number 3916. The Oloroso cask is described as adding depth, sweetness and sherry notes of dried fruit, nuts and spice, which sit alongside the smoky, peated spirit. Bottled at cask strength, it is an intense, concentrated whisky.
