GlenAllachie Meikle Tòir The Chinquapin is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It is the first release in the Meikle Tòir series, created with whisky maker Billy Walker.
The malt is peated to 35ppm and fermented for 160 hours. It is aged in American oak bourbon barrels and in Chinquapin virgin oak casks.
It is described as bold, sweet and rich in flavour.
