This is a peated single malt from GlenAllachie, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. The malt is peated to 35ppm with mainland peat and fermented for 160 hours.
The whisky first matured in American oak bourbon barrels, then moved into Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry puncheons. The result is a fruity, layered malt that pairs smoke with sherry.
