This is a 30 year old Speyside single malt from Glenburgie, bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection as Sig Symingtons Choice. It was distilled on 5 September 1995 and bottled on 24 June 2026 at 47.4%.
After its long maturation the whisky received a finish in a first fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead, cask 201, which gave 343 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The palate shows dark chocolate, creamy toffee and ripe plums, with cinnamon and ginger. The finish is very long, with oak and dark fruit.
