A 13 year old single cask Glencadam from Brechin in Angus, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled on 3rd June 2013, matured in an Oloroso sherry cask and bottled in September 2026 as an official distillery bottling. It was released for Martin Long's 67th birthday.
Bottled at a cask strength of 54.7% ABV, it is non-chill-filtered with no added colouring. The outturn is 275 bottles.
The nose offers maple syrup, roast pecans, milk chocolate, spiced apples and candied orange. The palate brings stewed fruits, cacao, prunes and manuka honey. The finish is long and warming, with praline, coffee cake and crème caramel.
