This is a 15 year old Highland single malt from Glencadam, presented in a 70cl bottle. It matured first in bourbon casks, which Master Distiller Robert Fleming then chose for a finish in white port casks.
White port is made from white grapes and is fresh and intensely fruity, which suits the house style of this small Highland distillery.
It tastes of red berry fruits, Victoria sponge and stewed rhubarb.
