This is a single cask Glencadam from the Highlands, distilled on 15 April 2005 and bottled in October 2022 after 17 years in a port pipe, cask #2788. It is an official distillery bottling in a 70cl bottle.
Bottled at a natural cask strength of 59%, it is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. Just 390 numbered bottles were filled.
The nose is typically described as stewed fruit and ripe strawberries with ginger and light oak. The palate brings dark fruit, milk chocolate and ginger spice, with balanced oak, and the finish is long, with sweet grapes and gentle warming spice.
