This Glencadam is a 15 year old single malt from the East Highlands, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2023 at 46% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle, and the run is 5,826 individually numbered bottles.
After maturation, the whisky was finished in Madeira liqueur wine casks. Glencadam distils in two copper pot stills and matures its whisky in a traditional dunnage warehouse.
It is described as full and layered, with peach cake, syrup and caramel cream, alongside roasted walnuts, pralines and candied fruit peel.
