Glendalough – Double Barrel Irish Whiskey

Glendalough Double Barrel is an Irish whiskey matured in two kinds of cask. American oak Bourbon barrels bring sweet honey and smooth vanilla, forming the base of the flavour. Spanish oak Oloroso barrels add dried fruit and nutty notes. The Oloroso casks are sourced from the Andalusian town of Montilla, where the distillers deal directly with producers and choose the bodega, the liquid and the seasoning time.
