Distilled in Ireland at Glendalough distillery, this expression was put down to mature in American oak ex-bourbon barrels for an undisclosed length of time before being transferred for finishing to Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. The whiskey has then been bottled at a strength of 42% abv. free from chill filtration.
