An Irish gin produced by Glendalough distillery in the Glendalough valley. It is distilled in a traditional copper pot still using hand-foraged local botanicals, including wild juniper, angelica root, elderflower and aromatic herbs. On the nose there are intense notes of fresh herbs and juniper, with subtle floral and citrus hints. On the palate it is balanced, with a soft texture evolving into a long, complex finish with citrus nuances and a light spicy aftertaste.
