Glendalough Pot Still is a triple-distilled single pot still Irish whiskey from Glendalough Distillery in the Wicklow Mountains, bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The mash is two parts unmalted barley to one part malted Irish barley.
It spends three years in ex-bourbon barrels, then up to a year in virgin Irish oak known as Dar Ghalda. It is non-chill filtered.
It is described as rich and oily, with green apple and spice from the unmalted barley, followed by vanilla and toasted oak from the two maturations.
