GlenDronach 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 46% in a 75cl bottle.
It matures entirely in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks and is bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. The expression returned in 2018 after a three-year break, and it contains whisky distilled after the distillery resumed production in 2002.
The nose brings maraschino cherry, bramble, dark chocolate mint and orange bitters. On the palate come honey-glazed apricot, ripe fig, black cherry and muscovado sugar, with damsons and cinnamon in the middle. The finish is long, with manuka honey, herbal bitters and dark chocolate.
