A Glendronach single malt distilled in 1990 and aged for 23 years in bourbon barrels. Cadenhead's bottled it in 2013 at 53.9% ABV for its Old and Rare collection, in a 70cl bottle. Only 534 bottles were produced.
The nose has green apple, dried apricot and red berries with a hint of cinnamon. On the palate are dark chocolate, orange marmalade and vanilla, with a note of almond. The finish brings honeyed apples and subtle spices.
