This is a single cask Glendronach, 27 years old, from Batch 18 of the distillery's cask bottlings. It was distilled on 23 July 1993 and matured in an Oloroso sherry puncheon, cask 7276, then bottled in 2020 at 53.7%. The cask gave 699 bottles, each 70cl. Glendronach is in Forgue, near Huntly in Aberdeenshire, and was founded in 1826 by James Allardes. Its reputation rests largely on sherry-matured whisky, and its single cask releases have strengthened it.
