Glendronach – 2004-2015 11 Year Old Single Cask 5524 Batch 12 (70cl, 57.8%)

A single cask Glendronach from the Highlands, distilled in 2004 and bottled by the distillery in 2015 at 11 years old. It forms part of Batch 12 of the distillery's single cask releases. Cask 5524 was a Pedro Ximenez sherry puncheon, and it gave 704 bottles at a cask strength of 57.8%. The whisky is bottled without colouring or chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle. It is expected to be fruit-forward, with sherried dark fruit and rich patisserie and fruitcake flavours.
