This is a single cask GlenDronach from Batch 18, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2020 at 10 years old. It matured entirely in a Pedro Ximénez puncheon, cask 2091, and gave 692 bottles at 61.9% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings dark fruit, plums, raisins, warm spices and sweet sherry. The palate is firm and full, with chocolate, figs, syrup, caramel and PX sweetness. The finish is long, spicy and syrupy, with oak and sherry lingering.
