This is a 21-year-old Highland single malt from GlenDronach, in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The whisky is a deep amber with a cherry-wood sheen.
The nose brings ripe autumn fruits such as blackberries and red plums, with candied orange, spiced oatmeal and toasted oak. On the palate come fine sherry, bitter chocolate sauce, nutmeg and ginger, alongside the flavour of baked Victoria plum pudding.
