This is a Glendronach 41 Year Old from the 1971 vintage, released in 2012 as Batch 6 of the distillery's single cask series. It was filled on 26 February 1971 into a Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon, cask number 1247. It was drawn at natural cask strength, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, with 529 individually numbered bottles. It is described as showing dark fruit, walnut cake, polished mahogany and subtle rancio.
