GlenDronach Aged 21 Years is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 48% ABV, non-chill filtered and in natural colour. It is the whisky previously sold as GlenDronach Parliament: the name and packaging have changed, while the whisky and its age statement have not.
Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks form the whole of its maturation.
The nose is rich and deep, with plums, raisins, figs and cherries, candied orange and treacle, then caramel, honey, dark chocolate and a touch of herbs and spice. The palate is spiced and aromatic, built on dried dark fruit with bitter chocolate and dry oak.
