GlenDronach – Cask Strength Batch 12 (70cl)

This is the twelfth batch of GlenDronach Cask Strength, a Highland single malt matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at natural cask strength, as was common before the turn of the century. All of its colour is natural, coming from slow maturation in Spanish oak. A drop or two of water opens up the aromas, from layers of mocha to rich fruit cake and indulgent crème brûlée.
