A Highland single malt from Glendronach, The Sevillian Room in the House Editions range. It was matured in oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Palo Cortado sherry casks, and is bottled at 43% ABV in a 1 litre bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colour. It is not peated.
The nose offers Seville orange and honeysuckle with leather and nutty oak. The palate is full, with manuka honey and roasted nuts. The finish brings blood orange marmalade, cinnamon, café con leche and dry spice.
