GlenDronach Traditionally Peated is a smoky Scottish single malt bottled at 48% ABV. Master Blender Rachel Barrie created it using almost the same principles and methods as the distillery's founder, James Allardice, nearly two hundred years ago, when peat was the fuel used to dry the malted barley. The whisky is matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso and Port casks and has a golden colour. The nose offers toffee, honey and smoke. On the palate there is spice, orange and cloves, with the smoke in the background. Liquorice and dark fruit come through in a long, lingering finish.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
