This is a Glendullan aged 10 years, distilled in 2011 and bottled by the independent bottler Deerstalker as part of its Wild Scotland Collection. It is a Speyside single malt at a cask strength of 59.8%, in a 70cl bottle, and is not chill filtered.
It was matured in bourbon casks, which bring vanilla sweetness and spicy notes.
The nose is ripe apples, vanilla pod and honey, with oak and a little citrus. The palate is intense, with caramelised sugar, white pepper, bitter orange and toasted nuts. The finish is long and warming, with spice, dried fruit, light oak and honey sweetness.
