Glenfarclas 10 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the Classic Range, matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour.
Malt and sherry sweetness form the core, with fine fruit and spice, and the whisky stays light on the palate. The nose offers sweet sherry, malt and a little spice; warming the glass brings out honey, vanilla and pear drops. On the palate come dried fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and clove. The finish is long and soft, with lingering spice.
